Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence in Jakarta.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms to secure profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies.
  • Present regular performance reports and business development metrics to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to relationship building.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
