Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali market to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve targets.
- Present company products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
