Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in business development and project management
- Proven track record in the aviation or aerospace industry preferred
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly desired
- Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and opportunity assessment
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
