In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, initiating meaningful conversations with prospective clients, and building a robust pipeline of outbound leads.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic outbound lead generation campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Identify and qualify potential business leads that align with iSupport Worldwide's service offerings.
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize messaging and targeting strategies based on market feedback.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to prospecting and lead conversion.
  • Provide detailed reports on lead activity, market trends, and competitive intelligence to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a BPO or SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Resilient personality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • High level of professional integrity and a self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
