Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively manage and nurture client accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the finance department to monitor and track client payments and account statuses.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management to reflect account progress and market feedback.
- Represent JRL Endaya Inc. professionally at all times during client interactions and field visits.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background: Minimum of a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Possess a valid driver’s license, as field travel may be required.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and basic data entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an engaging and professional personality.
- Residency in or near Cabuyao City, Laguna is highly preferred.
