Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through cold outreach, email, and social selling.
- Maintain a high volume of daily activity to build and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach strategies with client needs.
- Conduct professional discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored BPO solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to key stakeholders and agency partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline health using CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably within the BPO or technology sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with executive-level decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation software.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
