- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Cultivate strategic relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and venue partners

- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend reporting

- Track sales metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record in building client relationships and closing deals
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Indonesian and English
- Strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in teams
