Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through strategic field visits and market research
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person engagement
- Present company products/services and value propositions to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales team to develop targeted territory penetration strategies
- Track and report sales activities using CRM systems while maintaining accurate pipeline data
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and positioning strategies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and conversion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of B2B sales or business development experience (fieldwork preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities with solution-focused mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field assignments
