Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads via outbound calls, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads in our CRM.
- Clearly articulate Cloudstaffâs unique value proposition to decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and map them to our staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity targets and sales KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting on lead generation efforts and market feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing, preferably within the BPO or IT services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong resilience and a 'hunter' mentalityâyou don't get discouraged by rejection.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English is required; strong negotiation and active listening skills are essential.
