  • Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Present company services and solutions to potential clients to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and share market insights.
  • Research target markets to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscape.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team huddles to continuously improve sales techniques.
  • Follow up on leads promptly to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Telesales (B2B experience is highly preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
  • Ability to work onsite in Cebu City, Philippines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
