- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Penang region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential business partners

- Present J&T Cargo's services to prospective clients and partners

- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus
