- Research market trends and competitive intelligence to refine approach
- Attend industry events and webinars to expand professional network
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for lead generation and conversion rates
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of fintech or financial services industry
- Ability to thrive in remote, results-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
