In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, using strategic thinking and a consultative approach to identify, connect with, and qualify new business opportunities within large and medium-sized enterprises across Singapore. As a BDR, you will work closely with our highly collaborative sales and marketing teams to prospect into target accounts, understand their unique challenges, and articulate the value of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Your ability to build rapport, generate interest, and schedule qualified meetings will directly impact our revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts within the Singapore market using various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting to create a robust sales pipeline.
- Effectively communicate MuleSoft's value proposition to C-level executives, IT directors, and line-of-business managers.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce (CRM).
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted account-based marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and the MuleSoft product ecosystem.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline generation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or inside sales role, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation or sales quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a strong plus.
- Excellent research, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Genuine interest in cloud computing, APIs, integration, and digital transformation.
