Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting executive-level client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the executive board.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a significant plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales or business development leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding ambitious revenue targets and scaling business units.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape within the Central Region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance management tools.
