Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and establish new business relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafes in Semarang, Jogja, and Solo regions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate Horeca sector and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities in food distribution
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to key decision-makers in hospitality establishments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service excellence
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless product delivery and inventory management
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in food distribution or Horeca sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian hospitality market dynamics across Java region
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with track record of closing deals
- Strong network of contacts in Semarang, Jogja, and Solo hospitality industries preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for multi-stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in target-driven environment
