As a key player in the food service market, we are dedicated to providing high-quality solutions to hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECA).
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building strategic partnerships, expanding our market reach, and driving revenue growth. You will navigate the competitive F&B landscape, identifying new opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with key decision-makers across East Java.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market presence in the HORECA sector.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.
- Conduct professional product presentations and tastings to decision-makers and purchasing managers.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and long-term partnership retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and pricing.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the HORECA or FMCG industry.
- Possess a deep understanding of the Surabaya and East Java market landscape.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is a distinct advantage.
