- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Life Science market.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing high-value contracts.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Analyze market trends to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior team members and drive team performance to meet aggressive targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing new business accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare regulatory environment and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry conferences as required.
