In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new market opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to boost our brand presence.

We are looking for a results-oriented individual who excels in fast-paced environments and thrives on meeting ambitious sales targets. You will work closely with our leadership team to refine our sales strategies and ensure we maintain a competitive edge in the local market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations.
  • Develop and execute effective sales marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the Banten/Greater Jakarta area as required.
