Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute effective sales marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing roles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, professional demeanor, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Banten/Greater Jakarta area as required.
