Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the consulting and sales sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients, presenting compelling proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with broader brand strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management to assess progress and ROI.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on sales techniques and relationship management best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
