Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and qualify potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations of our BPO services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client deliverables meet quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the BPO or outsourcing sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
