Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail expansion strategies across key Indonesian markets
- Identify and cultivate high-potential business partnerships and distribution channels
- Lead market research initiatives to uncover emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize strategic alliances with vendors, suppliers, and retail partners
- Design and implement scalable sales processes to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development activities
- Monitor KPIs and deliver quarterly progress reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail business development or senior sales leadership
- Proven success in launching new markets and achieving revenue targets
- Expertise in Indonesian retail landscape and distribution networks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with outstanding presentation skills
