Tanggung Jawab
- Lead business development initiatives to identify and cultivate partnerships with global pharmaceutical, biotech, and venture capital firms.
- Drive company formation activities and facilitate spin-offs from EDDC research projects to ensure successful commercialization.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for therapeutic assets in the pipeline to maximize market impact.
- Negotiate complex licensing agreements, collaboration contracts, and research service agreements.
- Provide expert market intelligence and landscape analysis to influence internal R&D priorities and strategic focus.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including scientists and project leads, to evaluate the commercial viability of drug discovery programs.
- Represent the EDDC at international conferences and industry forums to expand our global network and institutional reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (MBA is highly preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, technology transfer, or commercial strategy within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value licensing or collaborative research deals.
- Strong understanding of the drug discovery and development process from early discovery to clinical trials.
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and academic leaders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
