Freshtel Internet is seeking a results-driven Business Development Site Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Johor. In this critical role, you will be the architect of our physical infrastructure growth, identifying and securing high-potential sites that directly contribute to our network expansion and long-term business success.
As our Site Acquisition Manager, you will act as the face of Freshtel Internet, engaging with landlords, property developers, and local stakeholders. You will manage the entire acquisition lifecycle—from initial prospecting and feasibility analysis to legal documentation and final contract signing. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic sites for infrastructure development to meet organizational growth targets.
- Conduct site feasibility studies, including technical, financial, and regulatory assessments.
- Lead lease and rental negotiations with property owners and management companies to ensure cost-effective and favorable terms.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential site leads and manage them through the entire acquisition lifecycle.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key landlords, property developers, and local government authorities.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure acquired sites meet network requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on acquisition progress, cost analysis, and project timelines for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, business development, or commercial real estate, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Johor property market, zoning laws, and local land acquisition regulations.
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical feasibility reports and financial projections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Malay.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for frequent site visits within the Johor region.
