Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of BPO and customer experience industry preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
