Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research potential business opportunities and new market segments.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end partnership negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with company strategy.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and market trends.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and sales presentations to drive acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
