Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to address complex client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent Catalent at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a high level of personal initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as required.
