- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Represent Virginia Farms, Inc. at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand messaging.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and prepare regular updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
