Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new B2B business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Present VADS Indonesia's product portfolio to C-level executives and procurement teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions for client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT/tech services
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's corporate business landscape
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
