Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate high-quality leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business partnerships and expand our client base.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Present and pitch the company's products and services to prospective clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare accurate reports and forecasts regarding sales performance and market status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
