Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high retention rates.
- Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Regularly report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle are an advantage.
