Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the mechatronics and industrial automation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technological shifts.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to align service offerings with client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to successful contract closure.
- Represent Syspex at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or technical account management.
- Strong understanding of mechatronics, industrial automation, or related engineering systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
