Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high customer retention.
- Present company solutions, products, and value propositions to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular, detailed reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
