As a Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence in Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share for cochlear implant technology
- Establish and maintain relationships with audiologists, ENT specialists, and key healthcare institutions
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to different healthcare audiences
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementation and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare business development
- Experience in audiology, hearing healthcare, or related medical field highly preferred
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Singapore
