Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem, including commercial properties, malls, and residential developments.
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the technical and economic benefits of our EV solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of charging station installations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the Indonesian renewable energy sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to contract signing and post-sales follow-up.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales, specifically within the EV, automotive, or renewable energy industries.
- Strong understanding of EV charging technology, infrastructure requirements, and the Indonesian energy market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
