Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in foodservice, HoReCa, and bakery segments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and distributors
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and market penetration
- Present product solutions and technical specifications to potential clients
- Collaborate with R&D to align product development with market demands
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for business growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field
- 3+ years in sales/business development within foodservice, HoReCa, or bakery industry
- Strong technical understanding of food ingredients, formulations, and applications
- Proven track record in market expansion and client acquisition
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English and Filipino; additional languages preferred
