Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical sectors across the APAC region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business threats.
- Collaborate with internal product and service teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare professional business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or corporate sales, specifically within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore and APAC healthcare market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs in a target-driven environment.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a regional team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
