Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new Enterprise-level clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of enterprise prospects.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively networking and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and improve conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and consultative selling techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools.
