- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IFM and specialized services sector
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
