Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the interior design and construction market.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Coordinate closely with the design team to prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and project scopes.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, activity logs, and forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven track record (minimum 2-3 years) in business development or sales within the design/construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, trends, and the residential/commercial project lifecycle.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
