- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for ITEL's TWS, wearables, and accessories categories in Indonesia
- Manage product lifecycle from introduction to maturity, ensuring profitability and market share targets
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key e-commerce platforms and retail channels
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and untapped opportunities
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to optimize revenue and market penetration
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development initiatives with brand positioning
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key stakeholders across the supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3+ years in B2B/B2C business development
- Proven track record in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or wearable technology sales
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Exceptional negotiation and partnership management abilities with channel experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian retail landscape and e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies and translate insights into actionable plans
