In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving the commercial success of our high-quality raw material products.


You will work closely with the R&D and Product Development teams to coordinate new material launches and ensure our offerings meet the evolving needs of the global beauty and personal care market. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and possess a strong network in the chemical or cosmetic industry, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to expand market share within the Personal Care industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive landscape shifts.
  • Coordinate closely with R&D teams to support the development and launch of new raw material products.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and product performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare regular business reports, presentations, and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within the FMCG or Chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Personal Care, Cosmetic, and Raw Materials market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Valid driver's license is preferred for client visits.
