Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and new dealer partners.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across all sales channels.
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure brand guidelines are met at every touchpoint.
- Identify and analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports to support management decision-making.
- Resolve dealer inquiries and operational challenges promptly to maintain service excellence.
- Support the implementation of business strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong knowledge of the local market landscape in Jakarta Utara.
