Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct on-site visits to prospective clients to demonstrate products and secure merchant acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in the Metro Manila area.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants to ensure seamless integration.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and optimize team strategies.
- Coach team members on negotiation techniques and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or merchant services sector.
- Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field sales activities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
