Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business expansion strategies to enter new markets or enhance current product categories.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research and feasibility studies for potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to ensure the timely delivery of growth-oriented milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align expansion goals with operational capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of new and existing business projects, reporting KPIs to senior management.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans for new market entry strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to facilitate business growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, or Project Management.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end business expansion projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
