We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development (Surabaya) professional to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, focusing on identifying potential property prospects for acquisition. Your day-to-day will involve making strategic cold calls to offer Mamikos products directly to property owners, effectively demonstrating how our platform can help them maximize their rental income. You will be responsible for handling the sales pipeline, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and research potential property leads to expand the company's property portfolio.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to property owners and present Mamikos' value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing property owners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, following up on leads to ensure timely conversion.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to successfully acquire new property listings.
  • Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and detailed information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or telemarketing (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient to rejection.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
