Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase venue bookings and revenue
- Design and execute venue activation strategies to enhance customer engagement and foot traffic
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and local partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and untapped revenue channels
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for venue partnerships and collaborations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of venue activations
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize booking strategies and revenue
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in business development, sales, or venue management
- Proven track record in increasing revenue through strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with corporate clients
- Experience developing and implementing venue activation campaigns
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Proficiency in proposal writing and presentation software
- Knowledge of local Medan business landscape preferred
