Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business data and market trends to identify opportunities for commercial enhancement and operational improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business forecasting
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on business performance and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business improvement initiatives and track their effectiveness
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business metrics
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and potential threats
- Support the development of business strategies and action plans based on data-driven insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, commercial analysis, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and frameworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
