Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies to expand market share and drive revenue streams.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from proactive lead generation to closing high-value deals.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture key accounts to maximize customer lifetime value and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales positioning and tactics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in Business Development, Sales Management, or Growth roles.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
