Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and client partners.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies with operational capabilities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth initiatives for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the Surabaya market landscape and regional business trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or business growth KPIs.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
