Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and improvement goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of implemented changes
- Document processes and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions for staff
- Prepare regular reports on business performance improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging improvement methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business process improvement or operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Project management experience with a track record of successful implementation
